远端蒂的足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣在足背远端缺损创面修复中的应用

摘    要:目的观察远端蒂的足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣在足背远端缺损创面修复中的应用。方法 2004年1月~2011年5月笔者设计并应用远端蒂的足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复该处缺损创面32例。结果 32例皮瓣全部成活,创面Ⅰ期愈合。按照国际手外科联合会制定的感觉功能分级标准:本组8例吻合皮神经的皮瓣感觉均恢复至S5级;未吻合皮神经的皮瓣感觉恢复至S4级10例,恢复至S3级14例。患足负重行走正常,皮瓣及供区植皮处皮肤无破溃。结论远端蒂的足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣在足背远端缺损创面修复中的应用效果好,值得推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the distally based medial dorsal cutaneous nerve nutrient flap defect in the dorsal distal wound repair in the application. Methods From January 2004 to May 2011,we designed remote pedicle flap repair of the medial dorsal cutaneous nerve nutrient vessels in the wounds of 32 cases. Results 32 cases all flaps survived,wound healing stage Ⅰ . The donor site skin grafts survived successfully.Patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years;flap thickness,color,texture,close to the subject area,the sensory function of grading standards developed in accordance with the International Federation of Hand Surgery:Of the 8 patients,consistent with cutaneous nerve of the flap feel restored to S5 level;cutaneous nerve is not consistent with the flap sensory recovery to S4 class of 10 cases,recovery to S3 level of 14 cases. The affected foot weight-bearing walking,flap and the donor site skin graft in the skin without ulceration. Conclusion The effect of neurovascular flap of distally based dorsal medial cutaneous wound repair defects in the dorsal distal worthy of promotion and application.
