食管癌X线气钡双重造影与CT检查的对比分析

目的通过食管癌X线片与CT的对比研究,探讨诊断食管癌的方法。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的食管癌50例,其中43例行X线气钡双重造影,39例行CT检查。结果食管癌的主要X线表现为管壁僵硬、充盈缺损、龛影及黏膜中断、破坏;主要CT表现为管壁增厚、软组织肿块、周围组织器官受累及淋巴结转移。结论 X线气钡双重造影是诊断食管癌的首选方法,CT检查可明确病变侵犯的程度、浸润的方式和部位及纵隔内淋巴结转移情况,对治疗方法的选择有重大参考价值。

Comparative analysis of the double contrast barium esophageal X-ray gas and CT

Objective To comparative study esophageal carcinoma between X-ray Gas-Ba Double Enhencing and CT so as to estimate the methods.Methods During fifty patients with surgically and pathologically proved esophageal carcinoma.Forty-three underwent upper gastrointestinal barium meal examination and thirty-nine underwent CT scanning.Results X-ray signs included esophageal wall stiffness,filling defect,niche,mucous membrane interruption or break while the major CT features were thickened wall,soft tissue masses,surrounding structure involvement and to lymphous node metastasis.Conclusion X-ray Gas-Ba Double Enhencing is the most effective means in the detection of esophageal carcinoma while the computer tomography several invasion in esophageal carcinoma.From these results comprehensive evaluating criteria for esophageal carcinoma was determined,which is of important clinical value for diagnosis.
