指长比与PCOS及其并发症的相关性研究

目的探讨指长比与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)及其临床、代谢特征的关系。方法采用电子游标卡尺测量192例以2003年标准诊断的PCOS组患者及同期就诊的110例卵巢功能正常非PCOS(对照组)患者左、右手各指长,比较PCOS组与对照组,PCOS临床、代谢特征不同组间左、右手各指长比(2D∶3D、2D∶4D、2D∶5D、3D∶4D、3D∶5D、4D∶5D)的差异。结果 PCOS与对照组双手指长比均呈2D∶3D<2D∶4D<3D∶4D<2D∶5D<4D∶5D<3D∶5D趋势,右手各指长比高于左手各相应指长比;各指长比左右手两组差值比较有统计学意义(t=2.21、3.37、4.57、2.92、4.46、3.45,P<0.01)。与对照组比较,PCOS组左手2D∶4D显著低于对照组(t=2.26,P<0.05);左手2D∶5D、3D∶4D、右手2D∶5D、3D∶4D、3D∶5D、4D∶5D显著高于对照组(t=2.22、1.98、-2.87、-2.55、-2.31,P<0.05,P<0.05);右手2D∶4D高低分布不同:PCOS高2D∶4D者多,对照组低2D∶4D多(χ2=12.14,P<0.01)。PCOS患者中,有PCO组左手3D∶4D显著低于无PCO组(t=2.47,P<0.05);双侧PCO组左手3D∶4D、3D∶5D、右手3D∶5D、4D∶5D均呈低于非双侧PCO组趋势,但组间左手3D∶4D、右手、4D∶5D差异有统计学意义(t=2.12、2.07,P<0.05),LH/FSH倒置组左手2D∶3D、2D∶4D低于无倒置组(t=2.12,2.39,P<0.05);有胰岛素抵抗(IR)组左、右手3D∶4D、2D∶4D、右手2D∶4D高于无IR组,但组间仅右手3D∶4D差异有统计学意义(t=-2.04,P<0.05);左手3D∶4D高空腹血糖组显著低于血糖正常组(t=2.87,P<0.01)。结论本地区不孕群体PCOS患者指长比左手2D∶4D低、右手高指长比及其右手2D∶4D分布特征不同与其他群体,指长比与PCOS及其部分临床、代谢特征有关。

The Association of Digit Ratios and PCOS and its Complications in Ningxia

Objective To investigate the association of the digit ratios and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) and its clinical and metabolic characters in Ningxia.Methods Fingers’ length was measured using an electronic vernier calliper from photocopies of the ventral surface of the hand,for each finger of both hands.Digit ratios were assessed among woman with(192 cases) and without PCOS(110 cases) according to the 2003 Rotterdam criteria among patient population.Results The digit ratios gradually decreased from 2D∶3D to 2D∶4D,2D∶5D,3D∶5D and 4D∶5D in both hands;each digit ratios showed significantly higher trend in right hand than that in left hand in groups with and without PCOS.Conclusion The characters of lower 2D∶4D in left hand and all higher digit ratio in right hand among PCOS patients population in Ningxia is different from other population.Digit ratios are associated with PCOS and its some clinic and metabolic characters.
