摘    要:目的分析各类白血病染色体的异常改变。方法采用直接法和短期培养法制备骨髓或外周血细胞染色体,R显带和(或)G显带分析212例白血病患者骨髓细胞染色体。结果 98例急性髓性白血病检出异常核型63例,异常发生率占64.3%;48例急性淋巴细胞白血病检出异常核型34例,异常发生率占70.8%;52例慢性粒细胞白血病检出异常核型51例,异常发生率占98.1%,14例慢性淋巴细胞白血病检出异常核型5例,异常发生率占35.7%。结论大多数白血病伴有染色体畸变,染色体核型分析是白血病重要的辅助诊断、分型的指标之一。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the chromosome abnormality in 212 cases with leukemia.Methods Specimens of bone marrow or blood cell were processed using direct methods,short-term cultures,or both.Karyotype analysis was performed by R/G banding technique in 212 patients with leukemia respectively.Results 63 cases were found chromosomal aberrations among 98 cases with AML and the chromosome aberrations incidence was 64.3%.ALL had 70.8%(34 cases)chromosome abnormality in 48 cases.Chromosome abnormality was 98.1%(51 cases)in 52 cases with CML,while chromosome abnormality was 35.7%(5 cases)in 14 cases with CLL.Conclusion Most leukemias have chromosome abnormality.Cytogenetics is an important diagnostic and typing reference to leukemia.
