乳头溢液导管系统切除46例临床病理分析

目的探讨乳头溢液的临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析2005年3月～2008年10月笔者所在医院收治的46例行导管系统切除术的乳头溢液患者资料。结果 46例乳头溢液患者中,左乳腺导管原位癌(早期浸润)1例,占2.2%(1/46);大导管乳头状瘤4例,占8.7%(4/46);中小导管乳头状瘤病12例,占26.1%(12/46);导管扩张症和(或)伴浆细胞性乳腺炎4例,占8.7%(4/46);腺纤维瘤12例,占26.1%(12/46);囊性增生症38例,占82.6%(38/46);无明确诊断1例。结论乳头溢液病因中,良性乳腺病最常见,乳头溢液导管系统的切除,对早期乳腺癌的预防和治疗有积极的临床意义。

Clinical and pathological features of 46 patients with nipple discharge duct system surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of nipple discharge.Methods A retrospective study from March 2005 to October 2008,46 patients with nipple discharge underwent excision catheter system,the clinical pathological data of patients was discussed with literature.Results 46 patients with nipple discharge,the left breast ductal carcinoma in situ(early invasive)in 1 case,accounting for 2.2%(1/46);large duct papilloma in 4 cases,8.7%(4/46);small catheter papillomatosis in 12 cases,26.1%(12/46);duct ectasia and/or with plasma cell mastitis in 4 cases,8.7%(4/46);adenofibroma in 12 cases,26.1%(12/46);cystic hyperplasia in 38 cases,82.6%(38/46) and no clear diagnosis of one case.Conclusion Benign breast disease is the most common cause of nipple discharge.On the removal of the nipple discharge pipe system for the prevention and treatment of early breast cancer,there is positive clinical significance.
