摘    要:目的分析6株恶性疟原虫PfCP-2.9融合抗原的单克隆抗体识别相同或相关表位情况。方法以PfCP-2.9重组蛋白为抗原进行ELISA板包被,用辣根过氧化物酶分别标记6株PfCP-2.9单克隆抗体,并以此作为竞争检测抗体,与这6株未标记的单抗进行相互之间的竞争检测。结果根据竞争ELISA结果可将6株单抗分为2组,2组单抗之间无竞争,而在各组内的单克隆抗体发生相互之间的竞争。结论存在相互竞争的单抗可能识别同一表位或相关表位,研究结果为表明这些单抗识别特性提供信息。

Abstract:Aim To investigate whether the six monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) fo Plasmodium falciparum chimeric protein-2.9(PfCP-2.9),recognize same or closely relative epitopes. Method Six monoclonal antibodies against PfCP-2.9 were labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)to compete with unlabelled ones,with recombinant PfCP-2.9 as the coating antigen. Results The six mAbs were divided into two groups according to the results of competitive ELISA. The mAbs in the differert groups had no competition each other,while the mAbs within the same group showed different levels of competition. Conclusions The mAbs showing competition each other may recognize closely related or same epitopes.
