摘    要:树突状细胞是已发现的功能最强的专职性抗原提呈细胞,在诱导免疫应答过程中起着重要作用。对树突状细胞的研究为天然药物调节免疫功能的药理学研究提供了新的视角,即天然药物调节免疫的作用是否通过影响机体树突状细胞的发育状态来达到目的的。本文通过对近几年国内外相关文献进行归纳整理,得出结论:许多天然药物及其有效成分对树突状细胞发育成熟的不同阶段有着不同的作用,是通过促进或抑制树突状细胞的成熟状态而发挥调节免疫作用的。

Abstract:Dendritic cells (DCs) appear to be the stronggest class of antigen-presenting ceils. They are critical for the induction of immune responses. The investigation of DCs offer a new optic angle in the pharma- cological research of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Immunoloregulation, If the Immunoloregulation function of Traditional Chinese Medicine is through to affect the growth state of DCs. We can draw a conclusion by summing up the related data in recent years that many nature drugs and its effective components play different role in the different developing stage of DCs, immunoregulation can be achieved by promoting or inhibiting the the mature state of DC.
