摘    要:目的探讨新生儿脐带套的安全有效灭菌方式。方法将由气门芯、索线制作成统一规格的脐带套800根均分为改良组和传统组,改良组采用预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌8min.传统组煮沸15min后置75%乙醇溶液浸泡备用。两组有效期均为2周。结果有效期内传统组消毒灭菌合格率84.。0%,改良组合格率100%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);两组跨越实验合格率和拉力比较.差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。结论采用预真空压力蒸汽灭菌法对脐带套灭菌效果可靠。不影响脐带套的拉力.可替代传统方法。

Abstract:Objective To probe into safe and effective sterilization of neonatal umbilical cord cover. Methods Totally, 800 umbilical cord covers were devided into a traditional group and a reformative group equally. The reformative group was sterilized by vacuum pressure steam sterilization, and the traditional group was sterilized by 75% alcohol following 15 min of boiling. The period of validity was 2 weeks. Results The qualified percentage was 84.00% in the traditional group and 100% in the reformative group, and the later was significant higher than the former(P〈0.01). But there was no significant difference for tension and qualified rates of crossing umbilical cord between both groups (P〉0.05 for beth). Conclusion Vacuum pressure steam sterilization is effective for neonatal umbilical cord cover and does not reduce tension of umbilical cord cover, so it can substitude for traditional sterilization.
