| 摘 要： | 应用ＰＣＲ和ＡＢＣ－ＥＣＩＳＡ法同步检测１０４例临床拟诊病毒性脑炎患者配对脑脊液和血清１３６份。其中２１例患者的３４份配对标本特异性ＩｇＧ阳性及３１例患者的４１份脑脊液中ＨＳＶ－Ⅰ型ＤＮＡ阳性，判为单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎。ＰＣＲ在病早期阳性率较高，病中晚期ＩｇＧ阳性较集中，二法可在临床诊断中互补．

| Abstract: | In this study, 136 paired
serum andpaired CSF samples from 104 patients with sporadicviral
encephalitis have been examinated for diagnosisof HSV-specific DNA
and antibody by PCR andABC-ELISA.The result of PCR and ABC-ELISAhave
been compared and contrast to develop generaldirection for
virological diagnosis of HSVE. Of 41CSF from the 31 patients,the
HSV-specific DNAwere positive and of 34 paired serum and CSF from21
patients,the specific antibody were positive,In36 samples from 26
patients with non-HSVE centralnervous system disorders,specific DNA
and specificantibody were negative by two methods.The studysuggested
that these two methods should be intro-duces in routine diagnosis of
viral encephalitis. |
