雨课堂教学在医学留学生内科学临床思维能力培养中的效果

摘    要:目的探讨雨课堂在医学留学生内科学临床思维能力培养中的效果。方法选择某校临床医学五年制留学生88名为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各44名。实验组采用雨课堂教学法,对照组采用传统授课方式。学习结束后通过平时成绩和理论考试两种方式评价教学效果。结果实验组平时成绩、期末平均成绩和优秀率均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在重点考察临床分析能力的A2~A4型选择题中的平均得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在医学留学生内科学教学中开展雨课堂教学模式,可提高学生的临床思维能力,激发学生的学习积极性。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Rain Classroom applied in internal medical clinical thinking ability of international students majoring in Clinical Medicine.Methods88 five-year international undergraduates of clinical medicine in a medical college were chosen and ran-domly divided into two groups with 44 students in each group.Rain Classroom teaching method was adopted in the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was used in the control group.After completion of the teaching,the teaching effect is evaluated through grades and theo-retical examination.ResultsThe usual performance,average final scores as well as excellent ra-tes of internal medicine in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The average scores of type A2 to A4 multiple-choices,which emphasize on testing stu-dents'clinical analyzing ability,were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionAdoption of Rain Classroom teaching mode in internal medicine can im-prove the clinical thinking ability of international students and motivate their learning initiative.
