脑干听觉诱发电位分析在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨对新生儿高胆红素血症患儿实施脑干听觉诱发电位分析的可行性。方法选取100例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿作为实验组,另选取同期100例健康足月儿作为比照组,两组患儿均展开脑干听觉诱发电位分析操作。观察比较两组患儿各时期脑干听觉诱发电位值。结果比照组Ⅰ期脑干听觉诱发电位值为(1.77±0.11),Ⅲ期为(4.43±0.23),Ⅴ期为(6.62±0.22),Ⅰ~Ⅲ期为(2.43±0.25),Ⅲ~Ⅴ期为(2.24±0.32),Ⅰ~Ⅴ期为(4.82±0.23),反应阈为(45.12±10.33);实验组Ⅰ期脑干听觉诱发电位值为(1.86±0.14),Ⅲ期为(4.53±0.19),Ⅴ期为(6.89±0.20),Ⅰ~Ⅲ期为(2.67±0.16),Ⅲ~Ⅴ期为(2.36±0.31),Ⅰ~Ⅴ期为(5.02±0.24),反应阈为(55.15±17.02);实验组Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ期和反应阈的脑干听觉诱发电位值均明显高于比照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于新生儿高胆红素血症患儿实施脑干听觉诱发电位检测,可以了解对其脑干功能损伤情况以及早期听力,从而为新生儿高胆红素血症患儿的早期治疗以及健康成长奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the feasibility of brainstem auditory evoked potential analysis in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods There was 100 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia selected as experimental group,and another 100 healthy full-term neonates as control group.Brainstem auditory evoked potential analysis was performed in both groups.The brainstem auditory evoked potentials of the two groups in different periods was observed and compared.Results In the control group,the brainstem auditory evoked potentials was(1.77±0.11)in stageⅠ,(4.43±0.23)in stageⅢ,(6.62±0.22)in stage V,(2.43±0.25)in stageⅠ-Ⅲ,(2.24±0.32)in stageⅢ-Ⅴ,(4.82±0.23)in stageⅠ-Ⅴ,and the response threshold was(45.12±10.33).In the experimental group,the brainstem auditory evoked potentials was(1.86±0.14)in stageⅠ,(4.53±0.19)in stageⅢ,(6.89±0.20)in stage V,(2.67±0.16)in stageⅠ-Ⅲ,(2.36±0.31)in stageⅢ-Ⅴ,(5.02±0.24)in stageⅠ-Ⅴ,and the response threshold was(55.15±17.02).The brainstem auditory evoked potential values of the experimental group in stageⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅰ-Ⅲ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ,Ⅰ-Ⅴand response threshold were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The brainstem auditory evoked potential can be used to detect the brain stem damage and early hearing in hyperbilirubinemia neonates,so as to lay a foundation for the early treatment and healthy growth of hyperbilirubinemia neonates.
