摘    要:目的探讨基于病例学习CBL(case based learning)的双螺旋教学模式在内分泌科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2017—2018年在内分泌科轮转的见习生60人,分为对照组30人和实验组30人。实验组以"病例学习—见习诊疗"为双螺旋的两条链,通过"师—生—病患"三级互动,结合小组讨论,建立稳定向上的双螺旋教学模式;对照组采用传统模式。比较两组出科成绩,分为理论成绩和临床综合技能两个部分;对两组学生进行教学满意度调查。结果实验组临床综合技能及理论成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果表明,实验组对CBL双螺旋教学效果满意度高于传统教学模式。结论内分泌科在临床见习中应用CBL双螺旋教学模式,教学效果明显。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of Double Helix Teaching Model based on CBL(Case Based Learning)in clinical practice of endocrinology endocrinology.Methods60 rotating interns from endocrinology department in both 2017 and 2018 were chosen and distributed into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 people in each group.For the experimental group,with case-based learning(CBL)as well as probationary diagnosis and treatment as two ch-ains of double helix,combining group discussion,stable upward Double Helix Teaching Model was established through interaction among tutors,interns and patients.Traditional model was ad-opted to the control group.The scores were divided into two parts:theoretical score and compre-hensive clinical skill.Then,comparison of the scores between the two groups was made.Besides,a teaching satisfaction survey was conducted to students in the two groups.ResultsThe compre-hensive clinical skills and theoretical score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire results showed that the experimental group's teach-ing satisfaction of Double Helix Teaching Model based on CBL was higher than the traditional one.ConclusionDouble Helix Teaching Model based on CBL acquired excellent teaching effect in clinical practice of endocrinology department.
