乳糖酶对小儿急性腹泻继发乳糖不耐受疾病的治疗效果分析

目的探讨对小儿急性腹泻继发乳糖不耐受疾病治疗时使用乳糖酶的治疗效果。方法 508例小儿急性腹泻继发乳糖不耐受疾病患儿,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组254例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,研究组患儿在对照组基础上采用乳糖酶治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果以及大便次数、止泻时间、住院时间。结果研究组患儿大便次数(1.56±0.45)次/d少于对照组的(3.18±0.97)次/d,止泻时间(3.46±0.95)d、住院时间(4.22±1.03)d短于对照组的(5.84±1.17)、(7.84±1.59)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿总有效率为93.31%,高于对照组的70.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿急性腹泻继发乳糖不耐受疾病治疗时使用乳糖酶治疗效果明显,能够有效促进患儿的康复,具有临床应用推广的价值。

Effect analysis of lactase in the treatment of lactose intolerance secondary to acute diarrhea in children

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of lactase in the treatment of lactose intolerance secondary to acute diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 508 children with lactose intolerance secondary to acute diarrhea were divided into control group and research group,with 254 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the research group received lactase on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,frequency of defecation,diarrhea relief time and hospitalization time was compared between the two groups.Results The frequency of defecation(1.56±0.45)times/d in the research group was less than(3.18±0.97)times/d in the control group,and antidiarrheal time(3.46±0.95)d and hospitalization time(4.22±1.03)d was shorter than(5.84±1.17)and(7.84±1.59)d in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.31%in the research group,which was higher than 70.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactase shows obvious therapeutic effect for the treatment of lactose intolerance secondary to acute diarrhea in children,and promote their recovery.It contains clinical application and promotion value.can effectively promote the recovery of children with acute diarrhea and secondary lactose intolerance.
