潜水人员脑血流和神经心理学的相关性

目的了解潜水员脑血流改变和神经心理学变化的关系。方法38名潜水员和38名作为正常对照的护卫舰人员分别被分为潜水员组和对照组，两组人员均接受经颅多普勒(TCD)检查和康奈尔医学指数测量。结果潜水员组的峰值平均血流速度(Vm)(68.12±11.23)cm/s和阻力指数(RI)(0.61±0.01)明显高于对照组Vm(55.25±10.21)cm/s和RI(0.53±0.02)(P＜0.01)。潜水员组的M-R评分(9.00±1.75)分明显高于对照组(5.05±1.43)分(P＜0.01)。潜水员组的M-R评分与Vm、RI相关系数分别为r1＝0.6507和r2＝0.6403，有明显相关性(P＜0.01)。结论潜水员神经心理学改变与其相应的脑血流减低有关。

The correlation between cerebral blood flow and neuropsychology in divers

Objective　To investigate the relationship between cerebral blood flow and neuropsychology in divers. Methods　38 divers and 38 normal surface ship personnel were divided into as the divers group and control group, and both groups were measured with Conell medical index(CMI) and transcranial doppler(TCD) and compared. Results　The values of Vm（68.12±11.23)cm/s and RI(0.61±0.01) in the divers group were significantly higher comparing with Vm(55.25±10.21)cm/s and RI(0.53±0.02) in the control group(P＜0.01). The scores of M-R(9.00±1.75) in the divers group were significantly higher comparing with M-R(5.05±1.43) in the control group(P＜0.01). Significant correlations were found between the values of Vm and RI and the scores of M-R in the divers group. Conclusions　Neuropsychological changes in the divers were correlated with their decreased cerebral blood flow.
