大鼠心脏移植模型实验体会

目的探讨迅速稳定的大鼠心脏移植模型建设方法。方法利用改良的Ono动物模型,在大鼠腹部行异位心脏移植模型,供体主动脉弓和受体腹主动脉吻合,供体肺动脉和受体腔静脉吻合。结果经过一个月左右的学习期后,大鼠模型会稳定在95%以上,血管吻合时间（25±5）min,供心缺血时间（38±6）min。每天可以完成一组实验动物模型。结论坚持训练,注重手术细节是成功的关键。

The Experiences of Heart Transplantation Model of Rats

Objective This paper discussed rapid and stable construction method of rats’ heart transplantation models.Methods Using improved Ono animal model,we placed heterotopic heart transplantation models in rats’ heart,which aortic arch of donor anastomosed with aorta of receptor in belly,pulmonary artery of donor anastomosed with vena cavaof receptor.Results Through learning about a month,rats models stayed in stability over 95%;vascular anastomosis time was(25±5)min;the ischemic time was(38±6)min.We completed a group of experimental animal models per day.Conclusion The key of success was to keep training and pay attention to operation details.
