高尿酸血症和糖、脂代谢紊乱及高血压之间的关系

摘    要:目的探讨高尿酸血症和糖、脂代谢紊乱及高血压之间的关系。方法对134例高尿酸血症病人和130例血尿酸正常者的临床资料进行比较分析。结果两组各检测指标比较差异均有显著性(t=2.66~4.26,P〈0.05)。两组糖、脂代谢紊乱及高血压检出率比较差异均有显著性(χ2=8.25~10.49,P〈0.05)。结论高尿酸血症与糖、脂代谢、高血压关系密切,是糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压发生发展的重要危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia, glycometabolic disorder, lipoidosis and hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 134 patients with hyperuricemia and 130 subjects with normouricemia were compared and analyzed. Results The differences of items tested between the two groups were significant (t= 2.66-4.26,P〈0.05). The differences of glyeometabolie disorder, lipoidosis, and detection rate of high blood pressure between the two groups were significant (X^2 =8.25-10.49 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyperuricemia is closely related with glycometabolism, lipid metabolism and hyper tension, which is a risk factor responsible for occurrence and development of diabetes, hyperlipoidemia and hypertension.
