透明质酸治疗膝骨关节炎临床效果评价

目的评价透明质酸（HA）注射液关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选择83例膝骨关节炎病人总共90个病膝关节,行关节腔内注射HA制剂,每周1次,连续5周。于治疗后第1周末和6个月末时随访,观察治疗前后疼痛等症状的缓解情况以及步行能力、上下楼梯、下蹲等关节功能的改善情况。结果根据LEQUESNE评分标准,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组病人治疗后1周末和6个月末与治疗前比较,LEQUESNE评分差异具有极显著意义（t=17.85-22.43,P〈0.01）;Ⅳ组病人与治疗前相比,LEQUESNE评分差异具有统计学意义（t=3.57、2.71,P〈0.05）。结论HA关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎是一种安全有效的方法。

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFCACY OF HYALURONAN FOR KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS

Objective To assess the efficacy of intra-articular injection of hyaluronan （HA） for knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty-three patients with knee osteoarthritis （90 joints） were treated by intra-articular HA injection, once a week, for five weeks. The relief of symptoms such as walking, stair activity and squatting were investigated at the end of first week and sixth month after treatment. Results According to LEQUESNE Scoring, in groups I , 1I and Ill , the differences of scores at the end of first week and sixth month after therapy were significant compared with before treatment （t=17.85- 22.43, P〈0.01）; the score of group IV showed statistical difference compared with before treatment （t = 3.57,2.71;P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intraarticular injection of HA is an effective and safe therapy for osteoarthritis of knee.
