| 摘 要： | 目的观察更昔洛韦联合炎琥宁治疗手足口病的效果。方法85例手足口病病儿随机分成2组，治疗组44例，应用更昔洛韦及炎琥宁治疗；对照组41例，应用利巴韦林及Vit C治疗。结果治疗组疗效好于对照组，差异有显著性（u=2．2，P〈0．05）。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论更昔洛韦联合炎琥宁治疗手足口病疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ganciclovir plus andrographolide for hand-foot mouth disease. Methods Eighty five patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （44 cases）, Ganeiclovir plus andrographolide were given; control group （41）, Ribavirinand vitaminC. Results The outcome was better in treatment group than the control, the difference was significant （u=2.2 ,P〈0.05）. No obvious untoward effects were noted in both groups. Conclusion A good therapeutic result can be obtained by combined Ganciclovir with andrographolide for hand foot and mouth disease in children. |
