| 摘 要： | 目的 评价国产头孢吡肟注射液治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（AECOPD）并2型糖尿病的效果。方法 选择AECOPD并2型糖尿病病人48例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例,分别使用国产头孢吡肟和头孢他啶治疗,观察两组的有效率和细菌清除率。结果 两组的疗效和细菌清除效果相比较,差异有显著意义（u=2.14、4.51,P〈0.05）。结论 国产头孢吡肟治疗AECOPD并2型糖尿病安全、有效。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF CEFEPIME FOR CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASES IN ACUTE EXACERBATION ASSOCIATED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical effect of home-made cefepime in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） associated with type-2 diabetes. Methods Forty-eight patients were evenly divided into cefepimc group and ceftazidime group. The effective power and bacterial eradication rate of two groups were compared. Results The difference between the two groups was significant in terms of the effective power and bacterial clearance （u = 2. 14,4. 51; P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Cefepime made in China is safe and effective for COPD accompanied by type-2 diabetes. |
