摘    要:目的探讨新生儿监护病房(NICU)机械通气病儿气道分泌物病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法回顾性分析我院NICU2005年1月42007年7月持续机械通气时间≥72h,痰培养结果阳性58例次病儿的临床资料。结果革兰阴性杆菌占87.93%,革兰阳性球菌占22.07%。肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、产气肠杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌是5种主要致病菌,对常用抗生素耐药率高。结论革兰阴性菌是NICU中机械通气病儿气道分泌物主要病原菌,耐药性高。

AN ANALYSIS OF DISTRIBUTION OF PATHOGENIC BACTERIA AND THEIR DRUG RESISTANCE FROM SPUTUM CULTURE IN NICU DURING MECHANICAL VENTILATION

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria from respiratory tract excretion in NICU during mechanical ventilation. Methods A retrospective study was done in 58 neonates undergoing mechanical ventilation, for at least 72 hours, with positive sputum. Results Gram negative bacilli were found in 47 strains (87.93%) and gram positive in 11 strains (22.07%). Klebsiella pneumoniae, pseudomonas aeruginosa, enterobacter aerogenes, staphylococcus epidermidis and escherichia coli were the five main pathogenic bacteria with high resistance rates to commonly used antibiotics. Conclusion Gram negative bacilli are main pathogenic bacteria from respiratory tract excretion of neonates during ventilation.
