白介素-17、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白在鼻息肉中的水平研究

摘    要:目的通过对鼻息肉组和对照组白介素-17(IL-17)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平的研究,探讨两者在鼻息肉发生发展中的作用。方法收集30例鼻息肉组和21例对照组的血液和鼻息肉组织,采用荧光免疫技术和酶联免疫吸附试验分别检测两组样本ECP、IL-17水平。结果鼻息肉组匀浆液与血清ECP、IL-17水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。鼻息肉组匀浆液中ECP与IL-17呈正相关(r=-0.411,P〈0.05),鼻息肉组血清中ECP与IL-17也呈正相关(r=-0.400,19〈0.05)。结论ECP、IL-17在鼻息肉组织中高表达并呈正相关,两者在鼻息肉的炎症进程中可能发挥着重要的作用。

Study on Interleukin-17,Eosinophils Cationic Protein in Nasal Polyps

Abstract:Objective To study levels of interleukin-17 (IL-17),eosinophils cationic protein (ECP) in the nasal polyps group and control group. And to investigate the possible machanism of IL-17 and ECP in the progress of nasal polyps. Methods There were 51 patients enrolled,including the patients with 30 cases of nasal polyps and 21 cases of control group. The blood and nasal polyps were collected in all the patients. ECP and IL-17 were detected respectively by fluorescence enzyme technology and enzyme-linked im- munosorbent experiment. Results Concentration of ECP and IL-17 in nasal polyps homogenate and serum were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈:0.05). A positive correlation existed between IL-17 and ECP in the mix slurry of nasal polyps(r=-0.411,P〈0.05). And a positive correlation existed also between IL-17 and ECP in serum (r=-0.400, P〈0.05). Conclusion The concentration of ECP and IL-17 increasted in the nasal polyps tissues, and there are a positive correla- tion in nasal polyps. Both ECP and IL-17 may play an important role in the inflammation of the nasal polyps aggravating.
