| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统化整体护理在妇产科的应用效果。方法根据我院妇产科实际工作特点，充分体现了以患者为中心的理念，运用系统化整体护理模式，并通过不断巩同和改进，对妇产科实施系统化整体护理。结果与管理前相比，管理后护士量化考核水平升高（t=129．848，P〈0．01），护理事故（t=27．718，P〈0．01）和护理纠纷（t=-56．874，P〈0．01）明显减少。结论建立良好的系统化整体护理，明显增强了护士工作的积极性和责任感，理论知识和护理技能得到了提升，同时也增加了患者的信任和满意度，减少了护理事故和纠纷，提高了护理质量，有利于患者健康的增进和恢复。
