| 摘 要： | 目的研究下呼吸道感染的铜绿假单胞菌对18种抗菌药物的敏感情况。方法收集近4年来我院呼吸内科住院的下呼吸道感染患者的痰标本进行分离培养，通过全自动微生物分析仪鉴定菌种和药敏实验。结果3426份痰标本共分离病原菌1397株，其中铜绿假单胞菌165株，占11．8％。铜绿假单胞菌的敏感率达60％以上的药物依次有多粘菌素E（95．8％）、头孢哌酮／舒巴坦（86．1％）、美洛培南（72．1％）、亚胺培南（71．5％）、头孢吡肟（67．3％）、哌拉西林／他唑巴坦（66．1％）、头孢他啶（64．8％）、阿米卡星（63．6％）、替卡西林／棒酸（61．8％）、奈替米星（60．O％）。结论呼吸内科下呼吸道感染患者的铜绿假单胞菌检出率高，耐药现象多，应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗菌药物。
