| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法96例确诊的类风湿性关节炎患者根据用药方法的不同随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均给予西医治疗，而观察组在西医治疗的基础上联合中医治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，且关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、晨僵时间、ESR、RF的改变均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗，能明显改善患者的临床症状与体征，疗效确切，标本兼治，值得临床推广和应用。
