| 摘 要： | 目的观察丙种球蛋白治疗过敏性紫癜的有效性及血白介素水平的变化。方法将74例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用甲基强的松龙，治疗组则在常规治疗的基础上加用丙种球蛋白。结果治疗组腹痛、关节痛、消化道症状及皮疹完全消退时间明显短于对照组（P〈O．01），治疗组有效率94．7％，对照组有效率77．8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。两组治疗前IL-2、IL-6和IL—12水平无明显差异（P〉O．05）；治疗后，两组白介素水平均较治疗前有明显改善（P〈O．05），治疗组较对照组改变更明显（P〈0．05）。结论丙种球蛋白治疗过敏性紫癜有明显疗效，其作用可能与其调节IL-2、IL-6和IL-12的表达有关。
