| 摘 要： | 目的了解卒中后抑郁患者认知功能障碍状况，分析卒中后抑郁患者认知功能障碍对生活质量影响的程度，为卒中后抑郁患者预后提供参考依据。方法引入威斯康星卡片分类测验评价认知功能障碍，并根据认知功能障碍的差异进行分组；引人生活质量综合评定问卷、简易精神状态检查表、日常生活功能量表进行生活质量评价。结果三组患者的MMSE的评分无显著差异；但随着患者认知能力障碍的加重，其QOL评分明显降低，ADL评分明显升高。结论认知能力对卒中后抑郁患者的生活质量有显著的影响，改善认知功能是其预后的一种途径。
