两种手术方法治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效分析

目的探讨人工股骨头置换和人工全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效及术后常见并发症。方法对74例分别行人工股骨头置换、人工全髋关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者进行回顾性分析。结果全髋关节置换术比人工股骨头置换术术中出血多（P〈0．05），但远期并发症发生率只有15．8％，低于人工股骨头置换术的55．6％（P〈0．05），关节功能恢复的优良率为92．1％，明显好于人工股骨头置换术的72．2％（P〈0．05）。结论全髋关节置换术临床疗效较人工股骨头置换术好，老年股骨颈骨折患者如无严重内科疾病首选全髋关节置换术。
