| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环氧合酶-2（COX-2）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化法研究56例胃癌组织和20例正常胃黏膜COX-2、MMP-9的表达。结果胃癌组织COX-2、MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为78．6％（44／56）和66．1％（39／56），均明显高于正常胃黏膜[COX-2、MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为35．O％（7／20）、20．0％（4／20）]；胃癌组织COX-2、MMP-9的表达与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），而与患者性别、年龄无关（P〉0．05）。胃癌组织中COX-2与MMP-9的表达呈密切正相关（P〈0．05）。结论COX-2、MMP-9表达与胃癌的生物学行为密切相关，检测胃癌组织COX-2和MMP-9的表达有助于了解胃癌组织的浸润转移能力及判定预后。
