摘    要:目的了解GFR(15—59)mL/(min·1.73m^2)的CKD患者微炎症状态的发生率。方法观察CKDⅢ-Ⅳ期患者36例,与29例健康对照者以及32例ESRD患者比较,分析其炎症指标血白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子Ⅱ(TNF-α)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hscRP)。结果CKDⅢ-Ⅳ期的患者与ESRD患者的IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy、hsCRP均较正常人群偏高(P〈0.05)。结论在CKDⅢ-Ⅳ期患者中已经普遍存在微炎症状态。

The Microinflammatory Status and Cardiovascular Risk in the Pre-dialysis Chronic Kidney Disease Patients

Abstract:Objective To investigate the morbidity of microinflammatory status in pre-dialysis chronic kidney disease patients. Methods 97 cases were enrolled,classified as three groups:group 1:36 patients in CKD stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ;group 2:29 healthy controlled patients;group 3:32 end stage renal disease patients without dialysis. We performed interleukin-6,Tumor necrosis factor-alpha,homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein to evaluate microinflammatory status. Results Compared to the healthy group,the CKD patients in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ showed higher IL-6,TNF-α ,Hcy,hsCRP as well as the ESRD patients(P〈0.05),there was no difference between those two groups except the ESRD patients showed the most higher Hcy and hs-CRP levels (P〈0.05). Conclusion Microin- flammatory status is really present in chronic kidney disease stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ patients.
