普米克令舒联合特布他林治疗小儿支气管哮喘50例的临床研究

目的观察雾化吸入布地奈德、特布他林联合治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将100例哮喘患儿随机分为两组。治疗组50例在综合治疗的基础上加用布地奈德、特布他林氧驱动雾化吸入；对照组50例给予常规单纯的抗感染、止咳、平喘、退热等基础治疗，不添加雾化吸入。结果治疗组总有效率为96％，对照组总有效率82％，两组疗效比较存在显著差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组与对照组临床症状、体征平均消失天数比较亦有极显著性的差异（P〈0．01）。结论雾化吸入布地奈德、特布他林联合治疗儿童支气管哮喘可明显地改善临床症状，缩短病程，疗效满意。
