奥扎格雷联合桂哌齐特治疗脑梗死疗效观察

目的探讨奥扎格雷联合桂哌齐特治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取96例发病3d内的脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。两组患者均予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液160mg静滴,1次/d,观察组加用奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗,80mg静滴,1次/d。疗程均为14d。观察两组的临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及不良反应情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为91.7%,显效率81.3%,分别高于对照组的70.8%(P<0.01)、54.2%(P<0.01),两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),观察组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),两组患者治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论奥扎格雷联合桂哌齐特治疗脑梗死具有疗效佳、安全性好,值得临床推广。

Effect of Ozagrel Combined with Cinepazide in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction
