缩宫素在钳刮术中临床效果的观察

目的探讨丙泊酚、芬太尼和缩宫素联合用药在无痛钳刮术中的临床效果。方法将无痛人流患者随机分为观察组（丙泊酚、芬太尼和缩宫素联合）和对照组（丙泊酚和芬太尼联合）各100例，观察两组手术出血量和手术持续时间。结果观察组和对照组术中出血量分别为（40．0±15．3）mL和（79．0±23．4）mL，观察组明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）；手术时间分别为（6．0±2．5）min和（13．0±4．5）min，观察组用时明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论丙泊酚、芬太尼和缩宫素联合用药可减少钳刮术中的出血量和缩短手术时间。

Clinical Effects of Oxytocin on Clamp Curettage

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of propofol,fentanyl combined with oxytocin on painless clamp curettage. Methods 200 cases were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （using propofol,fentanyl and oxytoein together） , and the control group （using propofol and fentanyl）,each having 100 cases. Bleeding volume and operation time were observed. Results The bleeding volume of the treatment group and control group were （40.0 ± 15.3）mL, （79.0± 23.4 ）mL , the bleeding volume of treatment group was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The operation time of treatment group and control group were（6.0±2.5） min, （13.0±4.5）min,the operation time of treatment group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless clamp curettage treated with propofol,fentanyl combined and oxytocin can reduce blood loss and shorten the operation time.
