急性胰腺炎合并血糖增高的诊治体会

目的探讨急性胰腺炎合并血糖增高的诊治方法。方法对我院住院的急性胰腺炎伴血糖增高患者在治疗急性胰腺炎基础上用胰岛素进行血糖控制，未开放饮食情况下采用甘精胰岛素皮下注射降糖，开放饮食情况下采用甘舒霖R＋甘精胰岛素降糖，治疗至胰腺炎症状体征缓解。结果28例患者26例治疗后痊愈出院，有效率为92．9％。结论在对急性胰腺炎治疗的基础上应用胰岛素对急性胰腺炎合并血糖增高患者疗效满意，可在临床推广应用。

Experience to Treat Acute Pancreatitis Patients with Increasing Blood Glucose

Objective To study the therapeutic method of pancreatitis with increasing blood glucose. Methods Pancreatitis patients with increasing blood glucose was controlled with insulin after treatment of acute pancreatitis. The patients were treated with insulin glargine by hypodermic injection if the diet was controlled or regular recombinant human insulin injection and insulin glargine if the diet was uncontrolled until the signs of pancreatitis were alleviated. Results 26 patients were recovered after treatment in 28 patients, and the total effective rate was 92.9%. Conclusion Insulin is effective to acute pancreatitis with increasing blood glucose after treatment of acute pancreatitis and can be recommended to use in clinical practice.
