继发性红细胞增多症患者血清P53和Bcl-2蛋白表达水平及意义

目的：探讨继发性红细胞增多症患者血清P53蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白表达水平的变化情况。方法：采用ELISA法测定18例继发性红细胞增多症患者及20例健康人（对照组）血清P53蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白水平,并分析其与血红蛋白（Hemoglobin,Hb）浓度之间的相关性。结果：继发性红细胞增多症患者血清P53蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白水平均显著高于健康人差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）,Bcl-2蛋白水平增加最为显著。血清P53蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白水平均与Hb浓度呈显著正相关。结论：P53蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白高表达可能与继发性红细胞增多症的发生发展相关。

The Expression Levels and the Significance of Serum P53 and BCL-2 Protein in Patients with Secondary Polycythemia

Objective：To investigate the changes of P53 protein and Bcl-2 protein expression in patients with secondary polycythemia.Methods ：The levels of serum P53 protein and Bcl-2 protein were determined by ELISA technique in 18 patients with secondary polycythemia and 20 normal subjects（controls）,and the relationships were analyzed among the serum levels of P53,Bcl-2 and Hb concentration.Results ：The levels of serum P53 protein and Bcl-2 protein in the 18 patients with secondary polycythemia were significantly higher than that in 20 normal donors（P0.001）.Bcl-2 protein,however,increased more significantly.There was positive correlation between the serum levels of P53 protein or Bcl-2 protein and Hb concentration.Conclusion： We thinked that the higher expression levels of P53 protein and Bcl-2 protein might play a role in the pathogenesis of secondary polycythemia.
