| 摘 要： | 目的检测LL-37在幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关性胃炎胃黏膜上皮中的表达，评价其在Hp感染的胃黏膜表面的抗菌作用。方法随机选择患者36例，取胃窦黏膜组织，以快速尿素酶及改良Giemsa染色两种方法判断Hp的存在与否。两者同时阳性诊断为Hp阳性，同时阴性为Hp阴性。采用免疫组织化学技术（IHC）检测36例胃炎患者的病变黏膜组织中LL-37蛋白的表达。结果IHC结果显示，LL-37在所有样本中均呈阳性胞质染色。22例幽门螺杆菌阳性胃黏膜均呈中一强阳性染色，幽门螺杆菌阴性胃黏膜组中LL-37为弱阳性染色，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。LL-37的表达量与幽门螺杆菌定植数量无明显相关（P〉0．05）。结论LL-37可能因Hp感染诱导呈上调表达，在Hp相关性胃炎中起到一定的抗菌作用。
