| 摘 要： | 目的通过对不明原因的反复自然流产患者进行抗心磷脂抗体和抗子宫内膜抗体的检测，分析不明原因反复自然流产与抗生殖免疫抗体的关系。方法312例不明原因反复自然流产患者为流产组，100例健康孕妇为对照组，采用酶联免疫方法检测这两组的抗心磷脂抗体（ACAb）和抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAb）。结果流产组ACAb阳性率13．1％，EMAb阳性率11．5％；对照组ACAb阳性率4．0％，EMAb阳性率2．0％。流产组抗生殖免疫抗体阳性率均高于对照组（p〈0．05）。结论不明原因反复自然流产患者体内存在生殖抗体是形成反复流产的原因之一。
