复方中药安体欣对大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨复方中药安体欣对大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法:50只大鼠随机分为5组,用不同剂量安体欣分别给大鼠给药10d,ig,观察血液流变学变化。结果:高剂量安体欣使大鼠的全血高,低切还原粘度,RBC聚集指数AI1,AI2及Casson粘度,Casson屈服应力显著下降(P〈0.01),三个剂量安体欣均可使全血高切粘度,全血低切粘度,血浆粘度非常显著下降(P〈0.01)。结论:安体欣对大鼠血液流变

Abstract:AIM: To explore the effect of Antioxin (ATX ) onblood rheology of normal rats. METHODS: Fifty rats wererandomly divided into five groups. The suspension of different concentrations of ATX was given by gavage to experimental rats and normal saline was given to rats of controlgroup for 10 days. The effects of ATX on rat 's hemorheologywere studied by measuring t he relative blood lfldexcs. RESULTS: High dosage of A'I'X significantly reduced the wholel)lood viscosities under high an(l low shear strain rate. redblood cell aggregation index .j,. A". (bastion viscosity andCastion yield stress compared with those in the control group(PM 0. of ). Medium and low dosages of ATX also significantly decreased the whole blood viscosities under high--andlow shear strain rate and the plasma viscosity of rats (P<0. of ). CONCLUSION: ATX can improve some indexes ofhemorheology in rats.
