长期吸入糖皮质激素治疗小儿哮喘安全性的临床研究

目的:观察长期吸入糖皮质激素治疗小儿哮喘的安全性。方法:100例哮喘患儿随机分为倍氯米松和布地奈德治疗组,根据病情吸入不同剂量的糖皮质激素,疗程1年。治疗前后测身高、体重、骨密度、24h尿游离皮质醇,在治疗结束时作ACTH激发试验,以35例正常儿童作为对照组。结果:哮喘患儿体重、身高、骨密度及24h尿游离皮质醇的测定与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),ACTH激发试验后血皮质醇数值在正常范围。结论:长期小剂量吸入糖皮质激素治疗小儿哮喘对生长发育、骨代谢及肾上腺皮质功能无明显影响。

Observation of the safety of long-term inhalation of steroids in asthmatic children

Objective:Observation of the safety of long-term inhalation of steroids in asthmatic children.Methods:100cases of asth-matic children were divided randomly into two groups:beclomethasone dipropionate group and budesonide group,and were treated for one year with inhaled beclomethasone dipropionate or budesonide in each group in different dosage according to the condition of illness.The body length,weight,bone density and diurnal free cortisol were measured at the beginning and the end of the therapy,and ACTH test was done,and the results were compared with those in control group of35normal children.Results:No significance was found in the body length,weight,bone density and diurnal free cortisol in two treated group compared with the control(P>0.05).The free cortisol was nor-mal after ACTH test.Conclusion:Long-term inhalation of steroids has no significant influence on the growth,the bone metabolism and the adrenal function in the children with asthma.
