输卵管碘油造影与宫腹腔镜联合检查诊断输卵管性不孕的效果对比分析

目的:比较分析输卵管碘油造影与宫腹腔镜联合检查对诊断输卵管性不孕的诊断价值。方法:123例HSG检查异常的不孕患者,行宫腹腔镜联合检查及输卵管美蓝通液术,比较两者的检查结果。结果:123例患者的243条输卵管中,HSG与宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合检查结果相符的为214条,符合率为88.07%,且对输卵管伞端阻塞、间质部阻塞,两种检查方法结果相近,统计学比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HSG与宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合检查的符合率较高,两种治疗方法宜在临床上相互补充应用。
