| 摘 要： | 目的:制备阿奇霉素微丸用于填充胶囊。方法:采用流化床侧喷法制备阿奇霉素微丸,并通过正交试验确定其最佳工艺条件。结果:微丸最佳制备工艺为供液流速15r.min-1,引风风量25Hz,转盘速度25r.min-1,根据最佳工艺制备的样品休止角、堆密度和含量均符合相关要求。结论:所制阿奇霉素微丸可用于填充胶囊。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare azithromcin pellet to be filled in capsule.METHODS:The pallets were made by fluidized bed side spray method,and the preparing technique was optimized by orthogonal test.RESULTS:The optimum technical conditions were as follows:the frequency of turntable was 25Hz,the flow rate of feed liquid was 15r· min-1 and the rotate speed was 25r· min-1.The sample pallets prepared in this optimum condition were up the standards in angle of response,bulk density,and contents.CONCLUSION:The prepared pellets can be used to fill capsules. |
