社区干预对高血压患者影响的效果分析

目的探讨社区干预对高血压患者药物治疗依从性的影响。方法以我院门诊162例高血压患者为研究对象,采用社区干预措施,干预时间1年,比较干预前后高血压患者的知识知晓率、血压控制率及生活方式改善情况。结果①干预后患者的高血压相关知识知晓率显著提高(P<0.01);②干预后高血压患者的血压达标率由45%升至84%,与干预前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);③干预后高血压患者的生活方式均有明显改善,不良生活行为人次由54.3%下降为25.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区干预可增加患者依从性,提高患者对疾病的知晓及重视程度,对有效控制高血压、改善患者生活方式起着积极的作用。

Community intervention on hypertension analysis of the effect

Objective To investigate the impact of community intervention on hypertension medication compliance. Methods 162 hypertensive patients from Jimen]J Community Health Service Center in Haidian District in Beijing were for this study. Using the Community intervention, these patients were intervented for 1 year. Then the knowledge awareness rates of hypertensive patients, blood pressure control rates and lifestyle improvement after intervention were compared with before. Result The knowledge awareness rate in hypertensive patients after intervention was significantly increased （P〈0.01）; The up to standard rate of blood pressure rosed from 45% to 84%, and the differences were statistically significant compared with before intervention （P〈0.01）; （~The lifestyle of hypertensive patients after intervention was significantly improved, and the rate of taking unhealthy lifestyle was from 54.3% down to 25.2%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Community intervention could increase patient management compliance, enhance their awareness of their own illness and deepen the degree of emphasis on this desease. Furthermore, community intervention could play an active role in effectively controllng hypertension and improving lifestyles of patients.
