| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨情感支持对脑梗死失语患者的语言康复效果。方法:80例脑梗死失语患者随机分为对照组和实验组各40例,2组均给予基础治疗,实验组还给予情感支持,比较两组患者护理干预后的语言康复效果。结果:实验组总有效率为72.5%,对照组为52.5%,前者优于后者,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对脑梗死失语患者,实施情感支持能够促进其语言康复作用。

Effects of Emotional Support on Language Rehabilitation of Aphasia Patients with Cerebral Infarction |

| Abstract: | Objective :To analyze effect of emotional support on language rehabilitation of aphasic patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Eighty aphasic patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The 2 groups were given basic treatment,and the experimental group was given emotional support.The language rehabilitation was compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:Emotional support treatment significantly improved the efficacy of language rehabilitation(total effective rate:72.5% in the experimental group vs.52.5% in the control group,P<0.01).Conclusion:Emotional support can promote the language rehabilitation of aphasia patients with cerebral infarction. |
