新型脱敏剂MS-COAT治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效观察

目的观察新型脱敏剂MS-COAT在治疗牙本质过敏症中的疗效。方法临床观察牙本质过敏患者47例,患牙110颗,其中牙合面过敏29颗,牙颈部过敏81颗,应用MS-COAT脱敏剂进行脱敏治疗,观察即刻疗效以及1个月后疗效。结果MS-COAT脱敏剂即刻疗效97.27%,1个月后疗效82.41%,牙合面过敏组疗效即刻疗效93.10%,1个月后疗效79.31%,牙颈部过敏组即刻疗效98.77%,1个月后疗效88.61%,两组即刻疗效差异无显著性,1个月后疗效差别有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论MS-COAT脱敏剂是一种临床疗效较好的治疗牙本质过敏的脱敏剂。

Clinical effects of new desensitizer MS-COAT on treatment of dentin hypersensitivity

Objective To investigate the effects of a new desensitizer MS-COAT on the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods One hundred and ten teeth of forty seven patients were treated with a new desensitizing substance, the teeth were divided according to the place of occlusal surface and cervical part, and we observed its effect at the moment, and a month later. Results The successful rate of the moment was97.27%, while a month later the rate was 82.41%. The effective rate at the moment for the occlusal surface of teeth group was 93.10%, and it was 79.31% a month later and it was 98.77% for the cervical teeth group and 88.61% a month later. There was no significance between the positions at the moment, but there was great significance a month later. Conclusion The new desensitizer has better effect on dentinal hypersensitivity.
