维生素C催化合成阿司匹林的条件研究

摘    要:目的:以维生素C为催化剂、水杨酸为原料、醋酐为酰化剂,合成阿司匹林.方法:采用乙酰化法合成.结果:初步确定了合成条件,温度为80℃,反应时间为40 min,维生素C用量为0.2 g,收率为56.8%.结论:本方法可行,合成条件需进一步完善.

Abstract:Objective: To synthesize Aspirin by using vitamin C as the catalyst, salicylic acid as the raw material and acetic anhydride as the acylating agent. Methods: The method of acetylation was used. Results: The synthesis conditions was determined, the temperature was 80℃, the reaction time was 40 min, the quantity of vitamin C was 0.2 g, the yield was 56.8%. Conclusion: The method is feasible, and the synthesis condition needs to be improved.
