| Abstract: | This article discusses innovating and restructuring the hospital business flow, and improving the quality and efficiency of medical services by HIS system application. The reform of hospital management and administration model could not be separated from the support of HIS system. Adopting reasonable methods, selecting key workflow, acceler- ating to optimize the business flow, improving the HIS system, these are the basis of the construction of digital hospital. |
