性病恐惧症106例临床分析

目的 了解性病恐惧症形成的原因，寻找性病恐惧症的防治措施。方法 对106例性病恐惧症患者的各种临床症状进行统计与分析。结果 性病恐惧症自觉症状以生殖器部位各种不适为主，有不洁性交史者占83．9％。同时与患者的心理素质与文化素质及某些医学误导有关。结论 性病恐惧症的防治，应首先消除病人的恐惧心理，正确治疗各种性病，必要时可给适当的暗示性治疗。

Clinical analysis of 106 cases with STD-phobia

Objective To understand the cause of STD-phobia and to find the measures of its prevention and control.Methods All kinds of clinical symptoms in 106 cases with STD-phobia were calculated and analyzed.Results The subjective symptom of cases with STD-phobia mainly showed some kinds of discomfort in their genital.organs.Of them,83.9% experienced extra-marriatal sexual intercources and at the same time STD-phobia symptoms were related to psychological and cultural factors and some medical misguides.Conclusions The prevention and control of STD-phobia should begin with eliminating the patients' dreadful psychology and treating STD in a right way.A suitable suggestive treatment may be adopted if necessary.
