吸入糖皮质激素治疗肺结节病的研究进展

结节病具有高自然缓解率、易复发的特点.目前糖皮质激素仍是治疗本病的首选药物,但全身应用糖皮质激素治疗结节病远期疗效尚存争议,部分患者激素撤停困难.长期全身用药可引起一系列严重不良反应.近年来陆续有吸入糖皮质激素治疗肺结节病的研究报道,本文就这方面的研究进展作一综述.

Progress of inhaled corticosteroids in treatment of pulmonary sarcoidosis

Sarcoidosis has such characteristics as the high rate of spontanoeus remissions and the potential for relapses. Corticosteroids are still the most common drugs used in the treatment of sarcoidosis. However,the long-term benefits of oral corticosteroid treatment remain controversial. Long-term use may result in many adverse effects. Meanwhile, it is difficult for some patients to taper down or withdraw eorticosteroids. In recent years,there have been studies on examing the role of inhaled corticosteroids. This article summarizes the progress of inhaled corticosteroids in the treatment of pulmonary sarcoidosis.
