| 摘 要： | 抑郁障碍（MDD）是一类极为复杂的精神疾病，疼痛等躯体不适主诉常见于MDD患者，可能导致误诊、漏诊及治疗延误。因此，深入了解伴疼痛性躯体症状MDD的特征及相关临床指标对更好地治疗MDD有重要的临床指导意义。该文对伴有疼痛性躯体症状MDD的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Major depressive disorder （MDD） is a kind of extremely complex mental illness. The concurrent pain or other physical symptoms are chief complaints of patients with MDD and may lead to misdiagnosis and treatment delay. So it is clinicaUy essential for the treatment of MDD with concurrent pain symptoms to thoroughly explore the features and related clinical indexes. This paper reviews the research progresses on MDD with pain symptoms. |
