| 摘 要： | 应用高效液相色谱法，测定６０例不同肝病患者与１２例正常对照者血浆氨基酸水平。探讨氨基酸谱型对肝病诊治的临床意义。结果发现，急性病毒性肝炎、慢迁肝、慢活肝、失代偿期肝硬化及原发性肝癌时的氨基酸谱不尽相同。分析氨基酸谱型对肝病的鉴别诊断有一定价值。血浆氨基酸与多数常规肝功能试验结果无相关性，仅ＢＣＡＡ／ＡＡＡ比值与血清白蛋白浓度呈正相关，提示氨基酸谱型的异常主要反映了肝细胞代谢状态的改变。血浆氨基酸分析对肝病治疗中正确使用氨基酸溶液有指导意义。

| Abstract: | With high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), plasma amino acid patterns were studied to evaluate their clinical significance for diagnosis and treatment. Different patterns were found among acute viral hepatitis, chronic persistene hepatitis, chronic active hepatitis, discompensated liver cirrhosis and primary hepatocellular carcinoma.There were not correlations between the plasma amino acid levels and the results of routine liver function tests, except for a positive correlation between BCAA / AAA ratio and serum albuminlevel.It is concluded that abnormal amino acid patterns in liver diseases reflect abnormal metabolism of hepatocytes and analysis of amino acid patterns may be valuablc to differential diagnosis of liver diseases, especially of benign or malignant lesions, and to proper application of amino acid in liver diseases. |
