| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨TCT联合阴道镜检查诊断宫颈病变的准确率和LEEP术诊治宫颈病变的效果。方法:对TCT联合阴道镜宫颈活检初步诊断为宫颈疾病者200例采用LEEP术治疗,切除组织行病理检查。结果:TCT联合阴道镜宫颈活检结果与LEEP术后病理结果的诊断符合率为97.00%,两者无显著性差异;LEEP术并发症发生率为8.9%。结论:TCT联合阴道镜宫颈活检与LEEP术后病理诊断无显著性差异,是宫颈上皮内瘤变及癌前病变筛查的较好方法;LEEP术是一种较好的确诊和治疗宫颈病变的方法。
